These actions include repairing defects, replacing goods, refunding the price, compensating for losses, discontinuing unfair practices, withdrawing hazardous goods, and issuing corrective advertisements. The Forum may also impose punitive damages and award costs. Proceedings are conducted by the President and at least one member, with decisions made by majority opinion if there is disagreement. The procedure is governed by rules prescribed by the State Government.
