Transfer of cases enables relocation of consumer complaints across jurisdictions to secure justice and efficient case management. The National Commission may, on the complainant's application or of its own motion and in the interest of justice, transfer any complaint pending before one District Forum to a District Forum in another jurisdiction or between State Commissions at any stage of the proceeding to promote efficient case management and prevent injustice.
