Regulation 38 concerning guaranteed returns in mutual fund schemes has been omitted. Previously it required that no guaranteed return be provided unless returns were fully guaranteed by the sponsor or asset management company, the guarantor's name was stated in the offer document, and the manner of meeting the guarantee was disclosed in the offer document.
