Terms of registration: mutual funds must comply with regulations, correct false filings, disclose material changes, and pay required fees. Terms of registration require the trustees, sponsor, asset management company and custodian to comply with the Regulations; the mutual fund must promptly correct or notify the regulator if previously submitted information was materially misleading or false and must notify any material change bearing on registration; and registration is subject to payment of fees specified in the Regulations and the Second Schedule.
