Enquiry requirement for suspension or cancellation orders: procedural enquiry mandatory before suspension or cancellation of mutual fund approvals. Regulation 70 is omitted; previously it required that no order of suspension or cancellation of a certificate or approval against a mutual fund, trustees or asset management company be made unless an enquiry was held in accordance with the procedure specified in regulation 71, thereby conditioning such administrative action on a prior enquiry.
