Applicability of infrastructure debt fund schemes: chapter provisions govern these schemes while other regulations apply unless repugnant. Regulation 49M makes Chapter VI B applicable to infrastructure debt fund schemes launched by mutual funds and confirms that other provisions of the Mutual Funds Regulations, along with related guidelines and circulars, will also apply to those schemes, trustees and asset management companies except where they are repugnant to the chapter.
