          <h1>Specialized Investment Fund applicability clarifies SEBI mutual fund rules apply unless the Chapter provides specific provisions.</h1> Regulation 49V provides that the Chapter applies to a Specialized Investment Fund and that, unless context otherwise requires, all other provisions of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, and related guidelines and circulars, apply to such funds, to investment strategies launched under them, and to the trustees and asset management companies, except where specific provisions are made in this Chapter.
