Inspection expense recovery: regulator may recover inspection and auditor fees from mutual funds and their managers. The regulation provides that the Board is entitled to recover expenses, including fees paid to auditors, incurred for inspecting the books of account, records and documents of the mutual fund, its trustees and the asset management company.
