Rule 134 deleted effective 1 December 2022, removing prior three-member quorum and chairman casting vote requirements
Rule 134 originally provided that questions before the Authority were to be resolved by majority opinion and earlier specified quorum and casting vote rules; it was substituted in 2018 and previously required a minimum quorum of three members with majority voting and a chairman's casting vote in event of a tie. The provision (as amended or in its earlier form) was subsequently omitted by a 2022 notification, effective 1 December 2022, leaving the rule deleted.
