Additionally, changes in rule 127 include substituting 'Duties' with 'Functions' and modifying the description of the authority's responsibilities. The amendment also revises the definition of 'Authority' under section 171 of the Act. This notification follows previous amendments, the latest being Notification No. 22/2022, dated November 15, 2022.
