of <h1>RTI non-disclosure rules apply to confidential anti-profiteering information; authority may demand summary or reasons if summary impossible</h1> Where information is provided on a confidential basis under the anti-profiteering rules, the provisions of the Right to Information Act governing non-disclosure shall apply mutatis mutandis, notwithstanding certain other rules. The designated authority may require the confidentially submitting party to furnish a non-confidential summary; if the party contends that summarisation is not possible, it may instead submit a statement of reasons explaining why a summary cannot be produced.
