          <h1>Pre Shipment Inspection Agency recognition: designated PSIAs, equipment approvals and reporting obligations under DGFT notification.</h1> Notification lists designated Pre Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) authorised to issue Pre Shipment Inspection Certificates under Appendix 2G, specifying each agency's offices, areas of operation and annexed approved detection and spectrometry equipment with calibration and purchase details. PSIA approvals are valid for three years or until further DGFT notice; agencies must update membership certificates and contact details. PSIA inspections outside full time branch countries require prior e mail intimation to DGFT and reporting of inspector visits in the PSIC.
