of <h1>DGFT Renotifies Appendix 2G: 18 PSIAs Authorized for Global Inspection Certificates, Valid for Three Years or Until Further Notice.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has re-notified Appendix 2G of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), enlisting 18 Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) for issuing inspection certificates. These agencies are recognized for their operations across various global regions and are approved to use specific inspection and detection equipment. The validity of these agencies extends for three years or until further notice. Additionally, one agency has been granted extended operational areas until December 31, 2020. PSIAs must update their membership and contact details regularly and inform the DGFT of inspections in countries without branch offices.
