of <h1>Validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies Extended Until March 31, 2020, Under Para 2.04 of Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has extended the validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) listed in Appendix 2G of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20). Agencies whose recognition was set to expire on or before March 30, 2020, will now have their validity extended until March 31, 2020. This extension is granted under the powers conferred by paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy and relaxes the provision outlined in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20.
