of <h1>Validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies Extended Until May 31, 2016, Under Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has extended the validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) listed in Appendix 2G of the Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20. This extension applies to agencies whose three-year tenure has ended or will expire on or before May 31, 2016. The extension is effective immediately and is valid until May 31, 2016. This decision was made under the authority granted by paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 and relaxes the provisions of paragraph 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure 2015-20.
