          <h1>Advance authorisation technical requirements mandate detailed input, production and certification information for export licence applications.</h1> Advance authorisation applications under Paras 4.04 and 4.07 require detailed technical data sheets listing imported and indigenous inputs with quantities per export unit, wastage percentages, technical characteristics and ITC(HS) codes, certified production and consumption data for the preceding three years (or batch records), particulars of prior authorisations ratified by the Norms Committee, FOB/CIF values and a Chartered Engineer or applicant certificate confirming technical necessity and consumption norms.
