Merchandise Exports from India Scheme lists eligible markets, products and reward rates with specified exclusions. Appendix 3B specifies eligible products by ITC(HS) code and eligible markets grouped into Country Groups A, B and C, and sets the MEIS reward rates by HS code for each Country Group; it also enumerates ineligible exporter categories and product exclusions and records amendment history by public notice, to be read with applicable FTP and HBP procedural provisions.
