of <h1>New Value Addition Norms: 8% Minimum for Copper and Petroleum Products Under Paragraph 4.09 of Foreign Trade Procedure</h1> The value addition norms for specific products under the Advance Authorization Scheme as per Paragraph 4.09 of the Foreign Trade Procedure (2015-2020). For copper products like anodes, cathodes, and wire rods manufactured from copper concentrate, the minimum value addition required is 8%. Similarly, petroleum products under specified SION numbers within the Chemicals & Allied Products group, including light, middle, and heavy ends (excluding certain hydrocarbons and petrochemical products), also require a minimum value addition of 8%. These norms apply to the period from December 5, 2017, to March 31, 2023.
