of <h1>List of Agencies Eligible for Deemed Export Benefits Expanded; Includes Key UN Organizations under Customs Notification No. 84/97</h1> The a list of agencies notified under Customs notification no. 84/97-Customs dated November 11, 1997, which are eligible for deemed export benefits under the Foreign Trade Procedure (FTP) from 2015 to 2020. These agencies include various United Nations organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme, UNICEF, FAO, ILO, WHO, UNFPA, World Food Programme, and UNIDO. Supplies made to these agencies are recognized under the United Nations (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1947, and are entitled to certain benefits. The list was revised via a public notice dated September 4, 2018.
