of <h1>Cashew and restricted items excluded from Public Notice No. 64 under Appendix 4P of Foreign Trade Procedure 2015-2020.</h1> Items excluded from the purview of Public Notice No. 64 dated 27.12.2018, as per Appendix 4P of the Foreign Trade Procedure 2015-2020, include cashew in any form, all restricted or prohibited items under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), items covered under Para 4.11 of FTP 2015-20, and items subject to pre-import conditions under Appendix 4J. These exclusions were inserted via Public Notice No. 25/2015-2020 dated 14-08-2019.
