          <h1>Letter of Permission under EOU Scheme: authorises production subject to export obligation and compliance conditions.</h1> The Appendix provides the Letter of Permission template under the EOU Scheme authorising specified production and job work exports, subject to conditions: an export obligation for five years from commencement, achievement of positive Net Foreign Exchange for the block period, compliance with import/local purchase restrictions, notification of commencement, execution of a prescribed Legal Agreement, two year validity for implementation, and acceptance within 45 days, with cancellation possible for non compliance.
