Trustees must obtain and review quarterly unitholder lists, shareholding details in SPVs/HoldCos, leverage compliance confirmations, audit and secretarial reports, and due diligence material; take immediate remedial action upon observing non-compliance; and inform unitholders and the Board of violations and corrective steps.
