          <h1>Dispute resolution requirement: investor-manager disputes must use mediation, conciliation or arbitration under Board procedure.</h1> Investor claims, differences or disputes with the manager arising from its securities-market activities must be submitted to a dispute resolution mechanism including mediation, conciliation or arbitration as per the Board's procedure.
