Dispute resolution requirement: investor-manager disputes must use mediation, conciliation or arbitration under Board procedure. Investor claims, differences or disputes with the manager arising from its securities-market activities must be submitted to a dispute resolution mechanism including mediation, conciliation or arbitration as per the Board's procedure. Costs, losses or damages incurred by the manager or its officers in resolving such claims or disputes shall not be met from the trust property, thereby protecting the trust corpus from manager or officer liabilities related to dispute resolution.
