Certificate of registration: Board grants REIT registration upon satisfaction and payment, may impose conditions under regulations. The Board must be satisfied that a trust fulfils chapter requirements, intimate the trust, and on receipt of registration fees specified in Schedule IIA grant a certificate of registration in Form B under Schedule IA; the Board may grant registration subject to conditions it deems appropriate.
