Requirement to furnish information and personal representation may be imposed on applicants for REIT registration. The Board may require applicants for registration to furnish any information or clarification necessary for processing the application, and may, if it so desires, require the applicant or an authorised representative to appear before the Board for personal representation in connection with the grant of the certificate.
