of <h1>SEBI Ombudsman Regulations 2003 repealed; investor grievance redressal changes effective from July 3, 2023.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Ombudsman) Regulations, 2003, established under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, were designed to create the office of Ombudsman for addressing investor grievances in securities. These regulations were officially enacted upon their publication in the Official Gazette. However, they have been repealed as per Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/138, effective from July 3, 2023.
