of <h1>Parties can request error corrections in awards under Regulation 18 of SEBI Ombudsman Regulations within 15 days.</h1> Regulation 18 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Ombudsman) Regulations, 2003, outlines the procedure for correcting errors in an award. A party may request the Ombudsman to correct computational, clerical, typographical, or similar errors within fifteen days of receiving the award, notifying the other party. If the Ombudsman finds the request justified, corrections must be made within fifteen days and become part of the award. Additionally, the Ombudsman can independently rectify such errors within fifteen days from the award date.
