of <h1>Ombudsman to Issue Award Within Three Months of Complaint; Delays Don't Invalidate Outcome.</h1> If a grievance is not resolved within one month or an extended period permitted by the Ombudsman, the Ombudsman will issue a written award or other appropriate directions after reviewing the material and hearing the parties. This award must be made within three months of the complaint filing, although delays beyond this period do not invalidate the award. The Ombudsman is responsible for sending the award to the parties involved, who must fulfill their obligations as specified in the award.
