Research analysts and research entities must maintain an arms-length relationship, follow the Code of Conduct, obtain prior Board approval for change in control, furnish reports to the Board, ensure staff meet regulation 7 certification requirements, disclose specified client terms and obtain consent, assume sole responsibility for security and compliance when using Artificial Intelligence tools, adhere to Board guidelines for model portfolios, and comply with the Investor Charter as prescribed by the Board.
