        Research analysts must hold specified educational credentials and maintain NISM certification for ongoing compliance to provide research services. Qualification requirements mandate that individuals and key personnel engaged in research services hold a graduate degree or equivalent, a CFA Charter, or specified NISM postgraduate program credentials, and obtain relevant NISM certification as specified by the Board.
