          <h1>Certificate of registration granted upon compliance with eligibility requirements and payment of prescribed registration fees, subject to conditions.</h1> The Board shall grant a certificate of registration in Form B to a research analyst or Form C to a part time research analyst under the First Schedule after being satisfied the applicant meets the requirements of regulation 6, sending intimation, and receiving payment of registration fees as specified in the Second Schedule; such grant is subject to terms and conditions the Board may deem fit. An individual or partnership firm registered as an investment adviser may also be granted registration as a research analyst subject to such terms and conditions.
