Research analyst registration: certificate conditions require compliance, disclosure of material changes, designation use and client limits. The registration certificate is conditional on continued compliance with the Act and these regulations and requires prompt written notification to the Board if previously submitted information is materially false or there is a material change. Registered research analysts must use the designation research analyst in client communications, part-time registrants must use part-time research analyst, and part-time research analysts are limited to seventy-five clients at any time.
