of <h1>SEBI Regulation 47: Listed Entities Must Publish Financial Results in Newspapers With QR Code Within 48 Hours of Approval.</h1> Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 mandates that a listed entity must publish an advertisement in newspapers within 48 hours of the board meeting where financial results are approved. This advertisement must include a Quick Response code and details of the webpage where complete financial results are accessible. The publication must appear in at least one English national daily and one regional language newspaper where the entity's registered office is located. This requirement does not apply to entities listed on the SME Exchange. Recent amendments have removed some earlier provisions regarding notices and publication details.
