of <h1>Regulation 95 mandates stock exchanges to review the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications per updated 2016 requirements.</h1> Regulation 95 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 mandates that recognized stock exchanges review the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications and the accompanying annual audit report. This requirement is in accordance with clause (d) of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 33 and clause (a) of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 52. The provision was amended in 2016 to replace the review of 'Form B' with the current requirement, effective from April 1, 2016.
