of <h1>SEBI Temporarily Eases Compliance: No Physical Annual Reports or Proxy Forms for E-Meetings Until December 31, 2022.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted temporary relaxation from certain compliance requirements under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, until December 31, 2022. Listed entities are exempted from sending physical copies of annual reports to shareholders who have not registered their email addresses. Instead, notices of Annual General Meetings must include a link to the full annual report. Additionally, the requirement to send proxy forms for meetings held electronically is waived. This circular is effective immediately, and stock exchanges are instructed to inform all listed entities and publish it on their websites.
