of <h1>Regulation 103: Previous Listing Agreement Circulars Rescinded; Ongoing Actions Transition to New SEBI Regulations</h1> Regulation 103 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, states that all circulars related to listing agreements will be rescinded upon the commencement of these regulations. However, any actions, inquiries, or investigations initiated under these circulars or listing agreements before the new regulations came into effect will be considered as having been conducted under the new regulations.
