          <h1>Monitoring of compliance by recognised stock exchanges requires oversight of listed entities' compliance and disclosure accuracy and reporting.</h1> Regulation 97 requires recognised stock exchanges to monitor listed entities for compliance with the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements and to assess the adequacy and accuracy of their disclosures. Exchanges must submit reports to the Board in the manner prescribed and put in place an appropriate framework, including adequate manpower and infrastructure, to carry out these monitoring and reporting obligations.
