Terms such as 'asset pool,' 'credit enhancement,' and 'securitization' are defined as per the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Securitised Debt Instruments and Security Receipts) Regulations, 2008. An amendment in 2018 revised the reference from the previous 2008 regulations concerning public offers and listing of such instruments.
