          <h1>Export declaration obligations: exporters must declare values and provide information to secure realisation of export proceeds.</h1> Exporters must submit to the Reserve Bank or specified authority a prescribed declaration with true particulars of the full export value or, if not ascertainable, the exporter's expected sale value abroad; they must also provide any other information the Reserve Bank requires to ensure realisation of export proceeds. The Reserve Bank may direct exporters to comply with requirements it considers necessary to secure timely receipt of the full export value or a reduced value it determines. Exporters of services must likewise furnish prescribed declarations of true particulars relating to payment for services.
