of <h1>FEMA's Master Circular on Export Guidelines u/s 7 Consolidates Rules for Indian Goods and Services.</h1> The Master Circular on Export of Goods and Services, issued by the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), consolidates existing guidelines on exporting goods and services from India. It refers to the provisions under Section 7 of FEMA 1999 and the related rules from 2000. This circular is directed at all Category-I Authorised Dealer Banks and aims to provide a comprehensive reference by compiling previous circulars and notifications, as listed in the appendix. It is valid for one year, expiring on July 01, 2012, after which it will be replaced by an updated version.
