          <h1>Civil court jurisdiction barred under FEMA prevents suits and injunctions against actions by adjudicating bodies under the Act.</h1> Section 34 bars civil courts from entertaining suits or proceedings in respect of any matter that the Adjudicating Authority, the Appellate Tribunal or the Special Director (Appeals) is empowered to determine, establishing an exclusive administrative forum and prohibiting courts or other authorities from granting injunctions against actions taken or to be taken under the Act.
