of <h1>FEMA 1999: RBI extends time limits in Foreign Exchange Management (Export of Goods & Services) Regulations-Regulations 9 and 15 amended</h1> By notification dated 13 November 2025, the central bank, under provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, amends the Foreign Exchange Management (Export of Goods & Services) Regulations, 2015. The amendments take effect on publication in the Official Gazette and extend specified time limits: Regulation 9's reference period is increased from nine months to fifteen months; Regulation 15's periods are increased from one year to three years in sub-regulations and the proviso as stated. The notification also records prior amendments to the principal regulations.
