of <h1>Finance Act 2019 amends Section 29C, shifting reporting duties from National Housing Bank to Reserve Bank.</h1> Section 29C of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987, has been amended by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019. In sub-section (2), references to the 'National Housing Bank' are replaced with the 'Reserve Bank' for specifying and reporting purposes. Additionally, both the National Housing Bank and the Reserve Bank are now included in reporting requirements. In sub-section (3), references to the 'National Housing Bank' are replaced with the 'Reserve Bank.' These amendments reflect a shift in responsibilities from the National Housing Bank to the Reserve Bank.
