Reporting obligation expanded to include Board notifications and Act-based timelines, widening securities listing compliance requirements. The amendment substitutes wording in clause (a) to require reporting to a recognised stock exchange or to the Board and to treat failures to furnish required reports as breaches where the reports are not furnished within time specified in the listing agreement or bye-laws or within time specified by the Act or rules made thereunder, thereby broadening both the recipients of reports and the temporal compliance bases for listing-related obligations.
