of <h1>Sabka Vishwas Scheme: Declarants Must Pay by June 30, 2020, for Discharge Certificate; Appeals Deemed Withdrawn</h1> Under the Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2019, the designated committee is tasked with issuing electronic statements regarding the payable amounts by declarants. If the estimated amount matches the declared amount, a statement is issued by May 31, 2020. If the estimated amount exceeds the declared amount, an estimate is provided by May 1, 2020, followed by a hearing opportunity for the declarant. Declarants must pay the indicated amount by June 30, 2020. Appeals or references filed, except those in the Supreme Court or High Court, are deemed withdrawn. Proof of withdrawal and payment leads to a discharge certificate within 30 days.
