of <h1>Central Government Can Resolve Issues in Sabka Vishwas Scheme 2019, Orders Must Align with Scheme and Be Timely</h1> If any difficulty arises in implementing the provisions of the Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2019, the Central Government is authorized to issue orders to resolve such difficulties, provided these orders are consistent with the Scheme. However, such orders cannot be issued beyond two years from the Scheme's commencement. Additionally, every order made under this section must be presented before both Houses of Parliament as soon as possible after issuance.
