of <h1>Committee Ensures Accuracy of Declarations Under Section 125 of Sabka Vishwas Scheme; Verification Not Required for Voluntary Disclosures</h1> The designated committee is responsible for verifying the accuracy of declarations made by declarants under Section 125 of the Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme, 2019, as outlined in the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019. Verification procedures are prescribed, except in cases of voluntary disclosure of duty amounts by the declarant. The composition and functioning of this committee are also prescribed by law.
