Electronic payment requirement expanded: payments under property valuation rule may be made through prescribed electronic modes, not only bank transfers. Amendment expands the mode of payment under section 43CA(4) by substituting 'bank account' with 'bank account or through such other electronic mode as may be prescribed,' permitting prescribed electronic payment channels for consideration under that provision.
