        Filing of offer document requires merchant banker due-diligence certificate and concurrent public display following SME issue procedure. Issuers of specified securities by SMEs must file the final offer document with the Board through a merchant banker simultaneously with filing the prospectus or letter of offer with the SME exchange and Registrar of Companies; the Board will not issue observations.
