of <h1>Issuers can proceed with further public offers by meeting conditions in Regulation 26, sub-regulations (1) or (2).</h1> An issuer can make a further public offer if it meets the conditions outlined in clauses (d) and (e) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 26 under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. If these conditions are not met, the issuer may still proceed with a further public offer by fulfilling the criteria specified in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 26.
